We are experts in trading essentially all listed financial products and asset classes, with a focus on options trading.
We handle millions of trading transactions around the world every day, providing liquidity and ensuring competitive prices for buyers and sellers.

While our presence in the market is broad, our trading desks are highly specialized, allowing for a deep understanding of unique drivers of each asset class.
What you'll do
The role is responsible for the ongoing management (monitoring and performance) of Susquehanna's various leasehold facilities consisting of offices and data centres across the APAC region, along with the implementation of new projects.
Works closely with APAC Business and Technology teams along with the Global Facilities team to provide solutions for a dynamic fast-growing business across the region.
Ensuring electrical and mechanical services infrastructure is operating efficiently and as intended, including UPS, electrical distribution systems, generators, data centres, chilled water systems, HVAC equipment, fire detection and suppression systems, access control and environmental monitoring systems.
Monitoring of all building services, identify and resolve issues.
Review and negotiate service contracts and select appropriate contractors.
Liaise with engineers, designers and architects in all aspects of designing, project management and delivering new leasehold construction projects.
Manage infrastructure maintenance activities and supervise contractors in relation to preventive and remedial maintenance, general repairs and new installations.
Both inside and outside of normal business hours.
Ensure all work performed is clearly documented and meets the planned scope of works and is completed at an appropriate level of quality.
What we're looking for
Degree qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or 5 Years Equivalent field experience\coursework.
Demonstrated technical skills and experience in supporting electrical and/or mechanical services infrastructure.
Thorough multidiscipline understanding of Data Center operations and strong working knowledge of critical Data Center support environments such as HVAC, Electrical Switch Gear, UPS Systems, Power Distribution Devices, Fire Suppression and Monitoring Systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment and install and troubleshoot software applications.
Self-motivated and attention to detail.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Focused on Innovation (cost savings, increased efficiencies, etc.)
Ability to interpret specifications, and engineering drawings.
Familiarity with IT terminology, hardware and change management process.
Familiarity with aspects of Disaster Recovery as pertains to critical infrastructure.
Ability to utilize various electrical, air flow and environmental monitoring systems; ability to utilize electrical/mechanical and HVAC test equipment to troubleshoot and document equipment performance; Project Assessment /Design / Implementation Skills/Change management
