Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr About the Client A leading equipment rental company with over 190 branches nationwide with a property management arm that oversees a diverse portfolio of tenanted buildings.
About the Role Seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee facility management, scheduled servicing of plant and equipment, and administrative tasks for the client's in-house industrial property portfolio.
This role involves working closely with their property division, to ensure smooth operations and effective management of all facilities.
Key Responsibilities: Manage Repairs & Maintenance (R&M) programs for their extensive branch network and their property divisions tenanted buildings.
Oversee the scheduled servicing of plant and equipment across branches.
Maintain R&M and Facilities Management (FM) schedules using company software systems.
Handle invoicing and purchase order administration.
Coordinate the Facilities email inbox for incoming service requests and property maintenance.
Maintain and update the contractor database through company software systems.
Supervise and manage contractors on refurbishment and minor works projects.
Conduct site/branch inspections and generate detailed reports.
Assist in compiling monthly financial reports.
Address administrative issues related to Development Applications (DA) and building approval processes.
Develop and enhance project controls, monitoring, and reporting documentation.
About You 3-5 years' experience in Trade/Facilities/Project Management.
Formal qualifications in Trade/Project/Facilities Management required.
Reporting and Data entry skills.
Capability and understanding of Building Codes, Regulations, Legislation and Standards.
Drivers Licence.
Construction Safety White Card.
Computer Literacy with proficiency in MS Office suite and experience in Yardi, Baseplan preferred.
An understanding of and experience in applying customer focused initiatives and strategies.
An ability to maintain all administrative issues necessary for the role.
