About the RoleAs a Senior Solution Specialist you will be accountable for the development of business processes, developing into an SME for our Warehouse Management Software and delivering the change to our impacted business units.
You will also:
Conduct research and prepare engagement materials to determine improvements and further enhance requirementsReview solution capabilities and determine best operational fit, including warehouse layouts, zoning and slottingDevelop new operating model for assigned segment including but not limited to workforce planning and task assignmentDemonstrate the new processes and value of the solution to business stakeholdersPerform user acceptance testing and work with users to identify potential improvementsAbout you and your skillsWith developed project and stakeholder management skills you will have the ability to have genuine impact and see projects through to tangible outcomes.
You will also have:
