This national Construction company has been a leader in "big time" projects across the Australia.
This particular project big.
It's a $500m CBD Commercial High Rise project and will suit a Senior HSE Advisor or HSE Manager who is keen and able to work on a large CBD, EBA, commercial construction project.
The team on site is first class right from the boots on the ground to the PD.
You will lead and mentor other safety advisors and have plenty of support from a strong team.
They have up to date systems and procedures when it comes to safety as they consider their employees health and safety their top priority.
Position To be successful in this role you will have recent experience working as an HSE Manager or Senior Advisor in a mid or top tier construction company.
You will have experience with Industrial Relations and understand the IR environment.
You will be organised and diligent with your paperwork and be up to date with your knowledge of HSE legislation.
You will own your responsibilities and achieve timely milestones.
You will be commercially savvy and you will have the technical experience to be able to drive productivity and efficiency as well as be willing to be hands on and proactive.
You will have the ability to perform toolbox talks and perform site audits.
Your Experience and Qualifications Must have 10+ years recent experience working for a commercial construction company Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and sub contractors alike Diligent with your paperwork Have the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team Have a hands on and proactive approach to your role Minimum Cert IV in Health and Safety Your Career In return, the successful candidate will be rewarded with working for a leading company who offer an excellent remuneration package.
