As a newly established role, the UX Specialist will play a crucial part in driving transformative growth in our Ecommerce efforts.
This position will lead UX initiatives across our B2B and B2C websites, mobile app, and other key digital touchpoints, such as interactive TVs on board.
By championing user-centered design and developing innovative digital strategies, the UX Specialist will enhance guest engagement and significantly improve the user experience, supporting the company's ambitious digital strategy and commercial objectives.
Main Responsibilities User-Centered Design:
Lead the design and implementation of user-centered design principles across all digital platforms.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and user feedback sessions to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Work closely with internal teams and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
Continuously iterate on design solutions based on feedback and performance metrics.
Digital Experience Optimisation:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless and engaging digital experiences.
Identify pain points in the user journey and develop actionable solutions to enhance usability and satisfaction.
Prototype Development:
Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
Utilize design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) to produce high-fidelity designs that meet business and user needs.
Performance Measurement and Cross-Platform Consistency:
Ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across all digital touchpoints, including websites, apps, and onboard systems.
Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and meet technical requirements.
