Position Profile: Promotes the health and wellbeing of children, families and specific community groups using a range of health promotion, health surveillance and early intervention strategies that are based on the principles of Primary Health care and service priorities.
To be successful you will have: Possession of, or substantial progression towards the attainment of a Graduate Certificate in Child and Adolescent Health Nursing through an accredited educational instituteAdvanced clinical knowledge and possess a passion for providing patient-centred careExperience working with a diverse group of patients from a diverse spectrum of the PopulationA strong understanding of the Principles of Primary Health Care and the application to community Health Service DeliveryExcellent interpersonal and effective communication skillsWhat we offer: We offer excellent benefits and outstanding career progression opportunities.
