Assistant Accountant located on the Northern Beaches

Currently, they are presenting an exciting opportunity to employ a motivated accounts all-rounder to grow and develop in their diverse team.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, duties include:
Assist in management of MYOB Advanced MRP system as system administrator Undertake timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, including supplier invoices and expense claims Reconcile and process credit card transactions and process out-of-pocket reimbursements.
Processing of sales invoices, receipting and processing of credit notes Assist in processing of customer rebate claims Assist in month end close
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be someone who is looking for a long-term career in an innovative company.
You're hard-working, an all-rounder and must have a hunger to learn with great attention to detail.
In addition, you will have:
3+ years' experience in Accounts Payable or an Accounts Officer role Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of suppliers and internal stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management skills Strong punctuality and reliability, ideally living in or close to the Northern Beaches
