About the roleLiving out your faith in a Christian school community, with an attitude of hospitality, care and excellence.Contributing to the holistic care and welfare of students.Managing enquiries from students, parents, staff and the general public.Managing student attendance and record keeping.Performing general administrative tasks, including writing emails, answering phone calls, assisting with school events, and maintaining an attitude of professionalism with members of the school community.The ability to engage with and learn how to use software and systems utilised in school settings, such as Google Suites and a Student Information System (such as Sentral or Salesforce).Maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, flexibility and the ability to work with colleagues.This full-time administration position is due to start as soon as possible.
RequirementsAbout youPrior experience in a similar role is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.You have an active Christian faith and regularly attend church.Be part of a faith community that shares regular devotions and prayer with a focus on building one another up for the work of the Gospel.Enjoy professional development, high levels of collaboration and support amongst a national group of schools.Successful candidates will join a skilled, supportive and vibrant admin team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
