The team is looking for a Solution Architect to offer services to a broad range of stakeholders to deliver the best possible outcomes for the agency.The Solution Architect will support the PMO by conducting thorough analyses of functional requirements and match them to system capabilities. They will facilitate effective communication by translating complex business processes into clear and actionable specifications.The Solution Architect will excel at system interpretation, providing valuable insights that enable informed decision-making. Their attention to detail, analytical prowess, and ability to identify potential challenges contribute to the overall efficiency and success of project activities, fostering a collaborative and results-driven project management environment.ResponsibilitiesAbility to translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives and document all solution architecture design and analysis work.Understanding and knowledge of ERP processes and technologies, including the ability to develop high-level and detailed design solutions.Experience in the development, configuration, and connections of ERP (HR and Finance, etc.), and respective edge products, including in hybrid and various network architectures.Ability to work independently, build productive relationships, and liaise with a multidisciplinary team (including business users, development team, ERP solution subject matter experts, cybersecurity experts, and business analysts).Familiarity with cyber and other security controls and requirements in a Government setting.Strong communication skills and the ability to convert business requirements into detailed design solutions using concise language, diagrams, and accurate technical details for non-technical audiences.Due to the nature of this role, this job is open to Australian Citizens only.
