The Role In this unique role you will lead your team behind the Bar in a 5 star dining experience, high-end profile dining and catering, supervision of bar operations and the general day-to-day tasks of the venue.
You will also be responsible for providing a positive environment amongst the team.In this busy venue, you will demonstrate effective time management to ensure the smooth running of each service and department while delivering exceptional customer service.
To ensure your success in this role you will have: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role in a fine dining environmentAbility to work 5 days within a 7-day roster with 2 days off in a rowPassion for providing quality and exceptional customer serviceSignificant supervisory experience working in a fine dining environmentExcellent knowledge of wine, cocktails, and mixologyThe ability to achieve business goals, financial budgets, and service standardsExposure in an upmarket environment - similar quality and standards are expectedComplete ability to design and cost for the Bar, functions, special events, and canapé menusStrong creativity and ability to think outside the square while coaching and developing a teamManaging associated bar costs including wages, recruitment of staff, and general administration dutiesExtensive knowledge and passion about the industry, local competitors, and "what's on trend"Apply To apply for this role, please fill out the questions on our careers page.
