Veterinary Relationship Specialist

Relationship ManagerSASH is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to foster strong relationships with our referring veterinarian partners.
This role involves traveling to clinics, providing education and support, and collaborating with our marketing team to develop marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with referring veterinarians through regular visits, email, phone, and e-meetingsSupport the planning and facilitation of educational events for veterinariansProvide support and information to deliver additional value to referring veterinariansHandle complaints and objections in a professional mannerCollaborate with the Veterinary Relationship Manager team in NSWWork with the SASH Marketing Team to develop marketing materials for referring veterinary clinicsPerform administrative tasks and reportingAbout You:We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a commercial understanding of how to add value to our partners, and a flexible approach to each individual partner.
You will have a keen understanding of how to comprehend and draw insight from relevant financial data.
Excellent interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligenceAbility to comprehend and draw insight from relevant financial dataStrong computer literacy skills and demonstrated competency with the Microsoft Office suiteValid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel (NSW)Ability to work autonomously while also being a team playerWhat's in it for You?This role offers a chance to be hands-on and push yourself outside your comfort zone while building on your project skills.
