Our client, a dedicated non-profit organisation, is seeking an enthusiastic People and Culture Advisor to join their team.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who is driven, people-focused, and ready to make an impact from day one.
What You'll Be Doing: Advising on HR policies and best practices to ensure compliance and inclusivityManaging onboarding processes, making sure new hires feel welcomed and supportedSupporting performance management and professional development initiatives to drive growth and retentionParticipating in the identification, implementation and continuous improvement of employee relations initiatives, processes, policies, and proceduresConducting workplace investigations in line with corporate policies and proceduresTo be successful you will have: Strong understanding of HR policies and compliance requirementsUnderstanding and knowledge of Australian laws and legislationsAttention to detail and accuracyProven ability to work collaboratively and build trust with team members at all levelsKnowledge in identifying and mitigating HR related risks with ability to resolve complex problems and issues to achieve effective outcomesPassion for creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace cultureWhat's On Offer: ASAP start with an ongoing contract that gives you the chance to make a difference immediatelyThe opportunity to work with a passionate, purpose-driven teamAn inclusive and supportive environment where you can truly help people grow and succeed #J-18808-Ljbffr
