The Digital Reporting Team sits within the PGPA and Digital Reporting Branch in the Governance and Grants Division.
The team is responsible for the Transparency Portal, a whole of government data repository that collects all key reporting data under the Commonwealth Performance Framework.
The team also advises all Commonwealth entities and companies on their annual reporting requirements under the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The role will act as Product Owner for the Transparency Portal and associated Digital Annual Report Tool.
The Product Owner is the primary point of contact in Finance with the supplier and software provider.
It has a key decision-making role and prioritises the building of features in the Transparency Portal and resolves issues with the product.
It also answers queries from entities on policy issues affecting annual reporting requirements under the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.

ELIGIBILITY ADVICE & CANDIDATE NOTES
Under section 22(8) of the Public Service Act 1999, employees must be Australian citizens to be employed in the Australian Public Service (APS) unless the Agency Head has agreed otherwise, in writing.
Successful applicants will be required to undergo the process to obtain and maintain, or continue to hold the required security clearance level for the role as indicated in the downloadable job pack.
All Finance staff are required to have a minimum baseline security clearance prior to commencement.
