We pride ourselves on delivering excellence, driving efficiency, and fostering a collaborative work environment.The Role We are seeking a Senior Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer with a proven track record in delivering high-quality E&I designs and leading engineering teams. This is an opportunity to work on complex and exciting oil and gas projects, ensuring world-class safety and efficiency standards are met.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the detailed design of electrical and instrumentation systems for oil and gas projects.Prepare and review essential deliverables, including:Electrical Design: Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), earthing systems, LV & HV (Advantage) power distribution systems.Instrumentation Design: Field instrumentation specifications, control system architectures, and instrument lists.Technical Documentation: Specifications, technical reports, cable schedules, and material take-offs.Ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and safety regulations.Provide hands-on technical expertise in power studies, including protection, harmonics, and arc flash analysis.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of E&I systems into broader project scopes.Supervise and mentor junior engineers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence within the team.Liaise with vendors and clients for technical clarifications and ensure deliverables meet project specifications.About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering (Master's degree advantageous).Extensive experience in E&I design within the oil and gas sector, including:LV & HV electrical systems design.Field instrumentation selection and control systems design.Preparation of schedules, specifications, and technical reports.Strong proficiency with engineering software such as SKM Power Tools, PowerCad, and AutoCAD.Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide and inspire junior team members.A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.A supportive and inclusive workplace culture.The chance to work on high-profile oil and gas projects with industry leaders.Researching careers?
