Exceptional opportunity to join an acclaimed national practice as part of the senior leadership group, contributing to award-winning Landscape Architecture and Urban Design projects.
This is a collaborative and explorative design studio with a diverse portfolio across significant city-shaping public realm projects, private sector, government, and landmark cultural precincts.
Working from within the executive leadership group, this role is your opportunity to share your knowledge, mentor rising talent, and expand your project experience.
As a Principal Landscape Architect, you will impart your passion for design and the importance of relationships while inspiring and leading a group of talented professionals and designers.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the practice through design, technical and management Support the delivery of strategic design projects Manage workflow scheduling, project management, and team development Initiate and assist with business development, execute key stakeholder management, and maintain strong client relationships Assist in recruitment processes to develop the team as the practice grows Identify emerging markets and new business opportunities Skills and Experience
Significant leadership experience across public and private sectors, through all stages Exceptional concept and design development experience Key stakeholder management and client relationship development abilities Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills Ability to write proposals, win and manage work Clear understanding of urban design, public realm, and landscape architecture principles A hunger for continued development, research, and innovation put into practice Benefits and Culture
