At Clarity Optometrists, we have been providing eye care solutions to the local community since 1991.
We provide full scope eye care services from regular primary optometry care to the treatment of specialised and complex vision conditions.
Our Optometrists, in collaboration with our team of optical dispensers, have enormous experience in the dispensing of children's eyewear, industry-leading clinical diagnosis, and treatment for patients where we can detect, diagnose, and treat eye health and vision conditions that affect vision.
National Optical Care is a community of optometry practices that are passionate about empowering eye care excellence.
We recently merged with George and Matilda, leveraging the combined expertise of our practice community with strong supplier relationships to deliver the very best in patient care, creating opportunities for career development.
We are looking for a passionate Full Time Optical Dispenser to join our team with a Tuesday - Saturday work pattern.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities Schedule appointments and manage patient recordsAssist with frame selection and fittingsHandle administrative tasks, including billing and inventory managementProvide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiriesMaintain a clean and organised work environmentDesired Skills and ExperienceAbout You Excellent customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phoneNo experience required, must be available to work SaturdaysPassion to help othersThrive in a fast-paced and busy practiceWe would love to hear from you if you are highly self-motivated with exceptional people and customer service skills.
