Who are we looking for?
We're seeking a motivated and experienced leader with expertise in rostering.
You'll be a strategic thinker, passionate about driving efficiencies and delivering outstanding customer service outcomes.
A strong communicator and team builder, you will thrive in a dynamic environment and inspire others through your commitment to excellence.
What can you expect to be doing?
Building and mentoring a high-performing team to support a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Developing and implementing innovative workforce strategies that align with industry benchmarks and operational goals.
Leading the optimisation of rostering practices to achieve cost efficiencies and meet customer service needs.
Collaborating with leadership and HR to maintain a skilled and responsive workforce.
Providing insights and reporting on workforce performance to inform strategic decision-making.
What do you need to bring?
Expertise in workforce rostering and planning, ideally in the Aged Care sector is desirable.
Proven leadership skills with experience motivating and managing teams through change.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to align workforce plans with business objectives.
Knowledge of industrial instruments and Enterprise Agreements.
A commitment to fostering safe work practices and a customer-focused approach.
