What You'll DoBe a hands-on, guest obsessed leader, motivating and driving your team to provide memorable guest experiencesDrive revenues by running killer shifts and going above and beyond for our guestsCreate WOW spaces where you and the team can take FUN to the next levelSupport and inspire an energetic team of hospitality superstarsManage Front of House & Back of House operations, including but not limited to rosters, training, P&L management, forecasting, casual recruitment, COGs, and labour - gotta keep that brain tickingContinue to build an amazing, collaborative, and inclusive cultureMentor, develop and upskill your team members in all areas of the businessLearn the ropes of managing all aspects of a busy, multi-faceted entertainment venue... and we mean ALL aspectsWhat You've GotEnergy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of itProven hands-on management experience (minimum 2-3 years) in charge of a busy hospitality/entertainment venueA valid RSA, approved managers license and Working with Children CheckAbility to pass a National Police CheckAn ability to work nights and weekends.
