Warehouse Manager

Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Full time YOUR ROLE By leading and motivating your high-performing team, this role is vital to the successful running of our local operations and the delivery of service excellence to our clients.
As a part of the role you will be accountable for all Operational requirements and driving continuous improvement to deliver high customer service levels and to achieve budgeted outcomes.
The wellbeing and morale of the team is also in your hands, so ensuring overall safety compliance, providing regular team communications, managing effective labour planning, plus coaching and development are key to your success and that of the team.
Our warehouse environment is fast-paced and full of variety each and every day.
You will have exposure to multiple areas of the Business and have the full support and guidance from senior management.

You have great attention to detail and understand warehouse systems, as well as a keen interest in delivering Operational excellence.
You are confident and effective with verbal and written communication and can deal with customers, staff and management at all levels.
Your understanding of Warehouse Management processes and procedures will help you drive continuous improvement.
Intermediate MS Office skills (Word & Excel) are also required.
