Our Client Mills Recruitment are proud to be building a fantastic relationship with a leading engineering business operating from various locations around WA.
With head office in south eastern suburbs, the role offers great hourly rate with opportunity for permanency, a great location close to home and ongoing career progression.
This key position is an integral role within a tight-knit finance team.
Overall you will be responsible for the accounts receivable function to allow the Accountant and Finance Manager to continue focus on positive cash flow projection and position.
To be successful in this position you should have: Previous relevant experience in an accounts receivable role within a large, high revenue business.
Well developed interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and groups to ensure delivery of a high level of customer service.
Proven organisational and administrative skills with the ability to effectively prioritise work requirements and coordinate conflicting priorities to meet strict deadlines.
Good research and written communication skills.
Demonstrated numeracy skills, with a proven ability to apply good attention to detail and complete duties to a high level of accuracy.
Managing processing of receipts, ensuring debtor days are reduced and all payments processed in efficient manner.
Adhoc duties as requested.
