In this role you will oversee the cinema operations, ensure customer satisfaction and drive the business forward.
This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a large team within the entertainment industry.
The Location Manager is a full-time gig within the Cinema Operations Department.
You will constantly look for a better way to do things and while no two days are the same, your duties will include:Empowering and leading staff members to go above and beyond for guestsFinancial management including maximising revenue streams, budgeting, forecasting etcIdentifying and implementing processes to improve customer experience and satisfactionManaging daily operations to ensure profitability and achievement of KPIsAdherence to HR, WHS and Risk Management policies and lawsAbout You:We are looking for an experienced leader who is team focused and results orientated.
You will lead by example; be team focused and have a genuine passion for delivering great guest experiences.
This role is very fast paced and needs a professional who can work under pressure.
We are looking for:5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a similar industryAn innovative thinker with a can-do attitude to drive the business forwardSomeone results driven, comfortable working to KPIs and targetsFamiliarity with audio visual equipment, including film projection desirableA highly motivated individual with the ability to work unsupervisedExcellent communication skills with guests, employees and stakeholdersAvailability:HOYTS is available to its guests every day of the year including weekends, holidays, late nights and anytime people want to escape from their world and join ours.
