As a Job Coach - WFA, you will be doing so much more than finding jobs; you'll be changing lives.

The key to success is by working with your customers, building relationships with them, and gaining their trust.
You will:
Assist with the basics that would be most beneficial for your customers to successfully get in front of potential employers.
Understand your customers' goals and link them with a variety of activities to enhance their skillset if needed.
Use your influencing skills to connect your customers with employers and build employer connections to secure employment.

About You:
Strong customer service experience.

Current driver license.
Ability to obtain a Working with Children / Vulnerable People Card / Blue Card.
Be able to obtain a registered myGOVID name prior to commencing employment.
