About the job: Windows and VMware Engineer
Job Description:
Experience Must Have:
Around 12 years of domain experience in any three of the following domains (Windows, VMWare, Citrix, Exchange, PRTG, ADFS, AD, and Linux) 2 years of team management experience in onshore/offshore model Act as single point of contact for the client for all Infrastructure requirements Collate, consolidate, and present reports on Tickets to the client 2 years of Project management experience is desirable Excellence in Customer interaction Experience in Data Centre operations Business acumen and IT knowledge Excellence in strategic and analytical problem solving Experience in Operations/Consulting background Should be an Individual Performer Technical Skills:
Extensive knowledge in all facets of AD-related tasks and activities Administering a Microsoft Windows 2008 and 2012 R2 active directory domain using standard Microsoft snap-ins Understanding of FSMO Roles ADFS and cloud integrations Good knowledge on installing and managing Internal and External Certificates Support O365 Creating objects in active directory Managing share permissions MS Exchange Knowledge of Big Fix for rolling out patches to Windows servers F5 Load Balancer support Delegating active directory object permissions (e.g., users, groups) Managing groups and permissions Microsoft Distributed File System Microsoft Distributed File System Replication Microsoft File/Print services Experience managing Active Directory-integrated DNS and DHCP solutions Creating and managing group policies and troubleshooting Active Directory Migration experience Improve AD processes and automate repetitive tasks wherever feasible Configuring and maintaining WSUS and/or SCCM server Excellent writing skills with a proven background in writing documentation & presentations Installation of ESX Servers, vCenter Server, and vSphere Client Extensive knowledge in advanced features of ESX VMOTION, SVMOTION, HA, and DRS Experience in P2V, V2V MIGRATION using VMware Converter and Provisioning VMs from templates and cloning Worked on disaster recovery using SRM-Site recovery manager Health Check for VMs and ESX host Experience in enterprise-level PKI administration Experience in Enterprise-level AD sites and service administration/management Experience in AD trust relationship configuration and troubleshooting Experience in LDAP configuration and troubleshooting #J-18808-Ljbffr
