The role:
Due to business growth, we're seeking an Assistant Client Services Officer to join our dedicated team.
Based at our North East office, Gilles Plains and reporting to the General Manager, Eckermann Property Forms, you will assist with Form 1 preparation services for our clients.
Your role will include, but not limited to:
High-volume data entry and database management; Customer service, including initial client contact and client support via Portal chat messages; Ordering and reviewing search information required to complete Form 1s; General administration and office support.
As a valued member of the team, you will have:
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills; Previous data entry and administration experience ideally within the property, finance and/or insurance industry; A "can-do" attitude and the confidence to work autonomously as well as part of a team; Proven time management skills: with the ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining an exceptional level of attention to detail and accuracy; Outstanding client focus and customer service skills; Enthusiasm and drive to enjoy, and thrive, in a fast-paced role.
