Its commitment to delivering outstanding service drives them to seek an experienced HR Manager ANZ to oversee HR functions across Australia and New Zealand offices.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic organisation.Role Overview: As HR Manager, you will report directly to the CEO for ANZ and functionally to the Global Chief People Officer.
You will be responsible for managing all HR operations for ANZ locations, including talent development, compensation management, employee relations, and union negotiations.
This leadership role requires you to guide the local HR team, ensure alignment with business objectives, and foster a positive organisational culture.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies that align with global and regional objectives, ensuring efficient practices throughout the organisation.Work alongside senior leaders to prioritise HR goals, including workforce planning, organisational design and skill development.Oversee the annual performance and salary review process, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with company standards.Enhance employee engagement by fostering strong relationships with leadership and staff, creating a positive and supportive work atmosphere.Manage the execution of key HR initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.Handle labor union negotiations and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and company policies.Ideal Candidate:A seasoned HR professional with at least 10 years of generalist experience, with exposure to the industrial sector.In-depth knowledge of HR practices and legal requirements in the Australian and New Zealand regions.Proven track record of leading HR projects, managing change, and implementing HRIS systems across multiple regions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all organisational levels.A resilient, organised, and adaptable leader who excels in a fast-paced environment.If you're ready to make a significant impact within a globally recognised brand, apply now and become an integral part of our HR team, shaping the future of our ANZ operations.
