THE ROLE
As the Night Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents as well as ensuring the effective management and escalation of incidents.
This is a casual role, working 2-4 nights from 11pm – 7am on a rotating roster.
As a Night Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Conduct nightly financial audits Manage night shift operations, including guest services and smooth operations Verify guest accounts, resolve discrepancies, and generate reports Ensure premises security, monitor CCTV, and address emergencies Coordinate with other departments for smooth communication Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest needs promptly THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
2+ years in customer service / operations Ability to work shifts from 11pm - 7am Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization, handling multiple tasks accurately and maintaining top-tier customer service Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management Leadership and supervisory experience Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution abilities The successful applicant will require a Working with Children Check (WWC) and Police Check upon appointment.
