We work closely with regulators to provide sustainable financial solutions with the objective of improving our customers' circumstances as a pathway to mainstream financial inclusion.About your new role:Working in the Bailiff team you will work within a great team environment with a friendly culture. This autonomous role will allow you to develop your problem solving and dispute resolution abilities through an interesting and diverse workload.As a Civil Enforcement Specialist in the WA Bailiff Office and Civil Enforcement Team, you will be responsible for the collections on outstanding Magistrate Court matters, data entry, effective scheduling of field agent services, handling inbound and outbound calls, helping with document preparation for our field agents and other ad hoc tasks.What you need to succeed:Processing, data accuracy and method retention skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to multi-task and meet competing deadlinesStrong ability to remain assertive and empathetic with customersProficiency in desktop applications such as Outlook, Word and ExcelWhat we can offer youNo weekendsFresh fruit delivered to the officeFun culture and results work environmentGreat salary package and benefitsCBD City locationTarget based position - good performance paysWe value an individual with the right attitude and behaviours who is happy to take on any challenge and open to feedback and coaching.The diversity of our people is core to our ability to innovate, grow and achieve great outcomes for our people, customers, shareholders and the community.
