About the role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual with current industry knowledge and / or experience in the education and training sector, with an interest in supporting young people to succeed.
Based at our Shellharbour Campus, this role is a casual position, working within a team of VET professionals.
The ESO role is supervised by the Head Teacher and is responsible for a range of activities which support learners and enhance the student learning experience.
Note : This role does not teach nor deliver training and assessment.

We are looking for motivated and engaged individuals who have the ability to meet the following selection criteria :
Qualifications in Education Support, Youth Work, or similar Interest and / or experience working with disengaged youth Commitment and ability to support young people in an adult environment Demonstrated ability to motivate and encourage students High-level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a clear and concise manner Ability to establish effective working relationships with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and to provide quality customer service as part of a broader team Ability to understand the content of the learning materials and the processes used in the discipline Skills in the use of relevant information and communication technologies Our commitment to Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion
