The Role We have an exciting opportunity and are seeking a motivated and experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team in Salisbury, QLD.
Reporting to the Spare Parts Manager, the prime objective will be to assist the parts department with their spare parts needs and delivering exceptional service by ensuring parts are delivered on time.
Tasks & Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customersQuotations with accurate costInterpret suitability of parts as required according to the customers needsDiscuss use, options, features and benefits of various Krueger parts, products, services and solutionsReceive and complete telephone orders for parts, as well as customer salesDevelop and maintain relationships with service department employeesInvestigate and solve parts department problemsEstimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of production and delivery schedulesWork with internal customers to manage account activitiesAttend to the delivery requirements of the siteAssist with store work, stock replenishment, and ensuring the store is organised.About You Must hold a Manual Driver's LicencePrevious experience in spare parts interpretation or a similar roleExcellent communication and customer service skillsA valid driver's license with a clean driving recordA forklift license is desiredHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsWe offer a Full Time position with training and development opportunities, referral payment opportunities up to $3,000 for selected roles, and a free, confidential, voluntary and professional Employee Assistance Program.
