Through your knowledge, you will promote a high standard of quality and compliance, ensuring your facility meets all regulatory requirements through best practice clinical care and audit activities. You will ensure strong financial sustainability by driving community engagement to support occupancy whilst overseeing property maintenance, hospitality and lifestyle programs.Working closely with your senior clinicians, you will lead a team of nurses, personal carers and support staff, ensuring their ongoing performance by providing coaching and direction to enable their success.What makes a difference for us?Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in high level service delivery and qualityDemonstrate financial capability to effectively manage and be accountable for an operational budgetKnowledge of continuous quality improvement practices and proven experience in innovative thinking and/or ability to deliver innovative outcomesExperience coordinating care provision within a large teamConfidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing prioritiesAbility to provide leadership, support and mentorship to other team membersDesirableBachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualificationCurrent AHPRA registrationDemonstrated experience and knowledge in Aged Care FundingBlueCare is proudly part of the UnitingCare Family, we'd love you to be tooJoining the state's largest network of aged care workers with its over 8,000 strong, bright team in blue, you'll also be welcomed as part of the UnitingCare family.
