What this opportunity involves: As a Senior Associate in our Marketing & Communications team, you'll work closely with the Growth Marketing Director, local and global marketing colleagues, and the ANZ leadership team. You'll play a crucial role in supporting business growth and strengthening JLL's market positioning through strategic marketing campaigns.
An overview of the role: Manage and execute strategic marketing campaigns, localising global and regional programs for ANZ marketsDevelop and implement content marketing strategies, amplifying JLL's thought leadership across strategic topicsCoordinate digital marketing efforts, focusing on social and paid media, and JLL.comOrganise high-quality events and sponsorships, ensuring alignment with business objectivesCreate impactful marketing collateral and client communicationsCollaborate with global and regional teams to localise campaignsMonitor, optimise, and report on marketing activities to demonstrate ROISound like you? This is what we're looking for: 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in professional servicesStrong strategic thinking and execution skillsExcellent copywriting abilities for various marketing assets (website, social media, email, awards)Superior communication and relationship-building skillsProficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., WebEx, Eloqua, Salesforce)Experience in event management and budget controlAbility to work effectively in a matrix organisationCreative problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvementWhat you can expect from us: You'll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
