Job Requirement Project Role: Delivery Head Work Experience: 15+ years Work Location: Chennai Skills Required To act as the head of overall delivery and delivery operations.
Experience with medium/large system integration firms, having relevant and extensive experience in IT services delivery in Enterprise & Custom Applications, and knowledge of infrastructure management and Enterprise middleware technologies.

Key Responsibilities Leading the Practice Delivery charter servicing all the 4 Strategic Market Units (SMUs).
Accountable for Revenue, Customer Satisfaction, Margin, and Quality of Delivery.
Drive growth numbers for the unit and lead the team to deliver effectively.
Provide thought leadership around Data & Analytics and Business insights.
Key Skills / Functional Competency Leveraging Technology: Knowledge of current and upcoming technology (automation, tools, and systems) to build efficiencies and effectiveness in own function/client organization – Expert.
Program Management: Execute projects with an end-outcome and process focus, with a deep understanding of delivery processes and governance – Master.
Solution Focus: Apply design thinking to innovate and bring about changes in processes, products, or business conduct – Expert.
Market Intelligence: In-depth understanding of the ecosystem practice, market trends, competition, and delivery nuances – Master.
Domain/Industry Knowledge: Awareness of broad economic, demographic, technological, and global trends within the ecosystem – Master.
Systems Thinking: Ability to understand interrelated systems and perform problem-solving in a complex environment – Expert.
Asset Reusability: Ability to reuse assets for scalability and optimization – Expert.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in architecture design principles, frameworks, and documentation – Master.

Drive and implement Knowledge Management across the Practice.
Roles & Responsibilities Capability Development and Talent Pipeline Creation Spearhead quarterly demand forecasting and resource planning aligned to the account/project requirements.
