The roleAre you detail-oriented, dynamic, efficient, and have experience with Government documentation? We are seeking experienced scribes to support various federal Government departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesOrganise interviewsAccurately transcribe and document interviews, meetings, discussions, and official communications ensuring confidentiality.Prepare clear, concise, and structured reports based on interviews.Maintain confidentiality and ensure all documents adhere to Federal accurate record keeping standards.Complete Reference ChecksEnsure timely delivery of high-quality documentation.QualificationsYou will be able to demonstrate experience as a scribe within Government or corporate settings. You will possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy, strong organisational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Having experience with Government protocols and procedures is a plus. An understanding of recruitment processes and interviews is highly desirable.
