Company Description Centrally located in the heart of Sydney CBD, we are looking for a Full Time Night Manager to join our team at the eclectic Ibis Styles Sydney Central. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic night expert to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Night Supervisor looking for your next step or a Night Manager looking for a change of scenery.

Job Description Effectively manage the daily reconciliation of the Hotel's trading, checking and preparing reports and statistical information in accordance with service standards and auditing procedures during the night shift.Provide efficient guest services including check in/out, request handling and providing hotel information.Settle and maintain guest accounts, ensuring cashiering is accurate.Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.Maintain the hotel's standard of professionalism.Be analytical and possess an eye for detail.Qualifications Relevant Night Audit experience in the hotel industry.Guest obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast paced and ever changing environment.Ability to navigate through change and provide quick thinking solutions should problems arise.Clear and confident communication skills – both written and verbal.Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Opera cloud.Additional Information What's in it for you: An opportunity to Work Your Way, Learn Your Way and experience Benefits Your Way at Accor.Ability to really contribute and feel pride in knowing you have made a difference to the greater good of the Hotel Operation.Work alongside passionate industry professionals.Be mentored by experienced Accor Hospitality professionals who want to see you succeedOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
