Based either in our Perth Office, Monday to Friday or based in our site office on 19 days on, 9 days off roster with 2 weekends at home per swing.

Partner with Hiring Managers to determine resourcing priorities for the projectProvide high level support and service to line managers and candidates through the recruitment and onboarding processImplementation of effective candidate sourcing strategies and referral generationDraft and post online advertisements using Workday, Broadbean and LinkedInProactively build and maintain Talent pipelines in line with the forecasted requirements of the ProjectOrganise and conduct candidate interviews, background checks and ensure compliance as per recruitment and client specifications and guidelinesCollaborating with the broader Project HR and Administration teams to effectively manage the on-boarding of new employeesCreating and maintaining a systemised talent pool within our ATS system and LinkedInWhat you will bring to the team: You will have experience working in a high-volume white-collar recruitment role, construction and engineering industries is advantageousProven candidate search and attraction skills using various social media platforms i.e., LinkedIn, Seek Talent etc.An ability to source talent & manage candidate databases effectivelyExperience working with hiring managers directly to understand role requirements to draft position descriptions and write job advertisementsCoordination of effective and compliant candidate selection processes including behavioural-based interviewing.Strong communication, critical-thinking and collaboration skillsExperience using Workday is highly regardedYou may be required to travel to site from time to time based on project needClough's people enjoy: A competitive remuneration packageFlexible and remote work options to manage work and lifestyle commitmentsExposure to a range of iconic projects and industriesOngoing training for career progressionIndustry leading paid parental leave program from the day you joinExcellent end of trip facilities and free gym onsiteMental health and wellbeing programsEmployee assistance program for employees and their familiesSpecial offers on private health insurance, salary packaging, banking, travel, groceries and moreSalary continuance insurance (criteria applies)A supportive team culture and environmentWe're building a diverse workforceAt Clough, we are committed to building a workforce that reflects the communities in which we work and live, fostering an inclusive environment that accepts every person, embraces their strengths and differences, and provides opportunities for all to achieve their full potential.
