To set you up for success, you will start your career with us by participating in a "Bright Start" training induction program and in time become an Accredited Lighting Consultant.
We will invest in providing you with extensive training, including on-the-job and online learning modules.

THE ROLE Based at our Windsor store, this full time management role will involve working 10 days and 76 hours over a fortnight including every second weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
You will support the Store Manager to achieve store sales and profit results.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Provide leadership and inspiration to the team through effective coaching and trainingDrive incremental sales improvements in all our sales channels that include retail, trade, and designProvide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customersPromote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accountsEnsure all customers are provided expert and unparalleled service every timeMerchandise products to be visually appealingHealth and safety standardsABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities:
2+ years' experience in a retail or service environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to develop and motivate your teamAn energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job with a willingness to learnA strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your workA current driver's licenseHOW TO APPLY Click on 'Apply Now' and follow the process to complete your application.
