About the RoleOur digital propositions are key to this endeavour, with the Digital Platforms Tribe responsible for building out our digital banking, digital origination, digital broker and business owner ecosystem offerings in collaboration with Commercial stakeholders, enterprise services, enablement functions and external partners.
We are seeking an experienced digital transformation leader and business strategist to play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding execution of ANZ Commercial's digital capabilities.

What will your day look like?This role is accountable for:
You will influence business architecture and experience design; oversee and optimise the delivery lifecycle to enhance delivery practices and uplift velocity; lead and evolve strategic workforce management, with a focus on capability culture, and engagement; support platform production management, with a strong focus on understanding and advocating for our customers and bankers along with key financial outcomes; help ensure effective risk management; actively drive growth strategies – all while championing cross-organisation collaboration and inclusivity.
What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Influencing and Relationship Building: high level of influencing and negotiating skills including with Senior Executives by demonstrating a sophisticated repertoire of influencing techniques with the ability to adjust style to different contexts and audiences.Delivery Management: Lead and optimise the end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, resolving dependencies, leading and uplifting planning and prioritisation practices, and driving continuous improvement to enhance delivery velocity and operational efficiency.Strategy Development: Develop and execute long-term digital strategies aligned with business goals, leveraging market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis to drive innovation, growth, and sustainable value.Digital sales: Lead OKR realisation efforts by developing customer-centric strategies, fostering key relationships, driving adoption of digital banking products, and optimizing sales performance.Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and monitor risks associated with digital transformation initiatives and champion compliance by design practices.People leadership: Inspire and nurture a high-performance culture by fostering collaboration and continuous learning, while driving positive engagement and uplifting key capabilities in alignment with business objectives.Commercial acumen: The ability to take a big picture view of the organisation, the market, external and internal pressures and trends and identify actions or strategies to drive efficiency and create long-term value.Communication: The ability to convey and comprehend information effectively in both spoken and written formats.Data Interpretation: Leverage data analysis to extract actionable insights, drive informed business and customer decisions, and solve complex problems with evidence-based strategies.Digital Banking: An understanding of customer preferences, emerging trends and ANZ's digital banking offerings.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
