Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is a leading supplier of medical gases, homecare, and sleep services.
We specialize in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

As the Therapy Support Consultant, you'll deliver therapy support and services to our patients receiving CPAP and other Sleep Therapies by answering incoming phone calls from patients and clinic staff nationwide.
You will also be making outgoing calls to assist patients who are new to CPAP therapy.

The TS Consultant will take pride in providing tailored services over the phone to our private and government-funded patients.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

A pivotal role answering phone calls from our patients relating to CPAP and other Sleep Therapies.
Conversations with patients will include probing questions to monitor ongoing compliance to therapy, troubleshooting issues, and identifying needs for additional assistance.
Booking patients into one of our CPAP clinics.
Comply with procedures and instructions to achieve desired patient and organizational outcomes.

Do you have a genuine interest in sleep therapy and the importance of sleep?
Strong work ethic in a customer-centric environment.
Previous experience in a similar role and/or industry will be advantageous.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to solve practical problems and respond to inquiries.
Tertiary qualifications are considered advantageous but not essential.
