This role will play a crucial part in driving strategic goals across Kudosity, and driving best in class business processes.You'll be working closely with a transparent, high performing and collaborative leadership team with diverse experience.
As a newly created role in the business, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on a broad team with critical responsibilities in Kudosity's journey to sustainable, profitable growth.What You'll DoPeople & CultureLead the P&C function in fostering excellence and long-term success for our business through empowering our people, encompassing business partnering and advisory capabilitiesChampion P&C strategies for Kudosity across talent acquisition and performance culture, driving success, professional development and effective teaming solutionsIdentify and contribute to the continuous improvement and optimisation of the P&C capabilityFinanceOptimisation of the finance function, adopting best practices in finance processes and reporting across the businessPlanning & Analysis; Partner with the Executive leadership team in the annual budget & forecasting processReporting: capability to ensure transparency and performance for the businessAnalysis: evaluating investment opportunities, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and assessing the financial viability of new projects or initiativesFinancial Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting principles.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
Coordinate with external auditors during audits and reviewsRisk Management: Assessing and managing financial risks faced by the business.
This includes monitoring market trends, evaluating credit risks, and implementing risk mitigation strategiesFinancial Operations: oversight of financial operations, as undertaken by the Finance Manager to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data and adherence to internal controlsComplianceLead the Compliance capabilities encompassing privacy, security, access, operational and governance processes, supporting the team in driving Kudosity towards best in class Security standardsRisk Management: Assessing and managing Operational risks faced by the business.
