Rory's Group Australia is seeking dedicated School Canteen Site Supervisors and Operators for locations Adelaide.

Canteen Site Supervisors & Operators

Our Site Supervisor and Operator positions may be the perfect fit for you.
We are looking for Canteen Site Supervisors to manage daily operations, including staff supervision, and operators and supervisors to engage in food preparation, cooking, serving students, food receiving and storage, and ensuring that canteen areas are clean, sanitized, and ready for the next day's activities.
Position Details:

38 weeks per year
Monday to Friday shifts, ranging between the hours of 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM
Casual positions available

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, develop, and train a cohesive team
Oversee food preparation and cooking

Serve students and handle food ordering, receiving, and stock control
Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards in the canteen
Manage cash handling and Eftpos transactions
Perform end-of-day banking and reconciliation

Qualifications:

Previous management experience is preferred, but not essential.
We value personality, presentation, and a proactive attitude, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A nurturing and caring disposition to foster strong relationships within our school communities.
A Working with Children Check, RRHAN-EC, and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is required or willingness to obtain due to the nature of our work in school-based hospitality environments.
Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
