As the Capital Delivery Estimator you will be responsible for scoping / estimation, design management, commercial / procurement strategy, and risk management of a program of projects (up to 30 projects at a time) to approval stage of the project lifecycle (ready for construction). This includes monitoring and reporting in relation to the initiation, scoping and estimation process, as well as ensuring delegation of authority procedures are followed at each step of the program. The role will work with various internal Melbourne Water teams as well as external agencies and service providers.This full-time role is based from our North East Regional Office in Croydon or South East Regional Office in Bangholme. The role will require you attend various Melbourne Water sites mainly in the East and South of Greater Melbourne.
