About the Role:
Join a highly successful national brokerage group as a Mortgage and Finance Broker.
Based in Canberra, you'll step into a thriving environment where all leads are provided, and high-volume settlements are the norm.
You will manage a variety of residential and commercial lending clients, offering expert advice and ensuring seamless loan processes.
This is a great opportunity to focus on what you do best – delivering exceptional client outcomes without the hassle of sourcing leads.
Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored mortgage and finance solutions to clients from a variety of industries.Manage the entire loan process from initial consultation to settlement.Build strong relationships with clients and lenders to ensure smooth transactions.Collaborate with a high-performing team to meet and exceed client expectations.Stay up to date with industry trends and lending products to offer the best solutions.Requirements: Previous experience as a Mortgage or Finance Broker.Strong understanding of residential and commercial lending products.Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Relevant qualifications (Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or equivalent).Competitive salary and bonus structure.All leads provided – focus on settlements and client management.Nationally recognised brokerage group with a strong industry reputation.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
