About the role As a Senior Manager, you will have primary responsibility for oversight and independent validation of models used for Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR), Valuation Adjustments (XVA), the Standardised Initial Margin Model (SIMM) and associated valuation pricing models used for trading activity.
What you'll be responsible for Monitor risk levels and report potential risks to senior management and other stakeholders.
Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks, and develop strategies to manage and mitigate these risks.
Skills you'll need Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals.
Critical thinking.
Identifies and synthesizes patterns and trends amongst various sources of information to reach a meaningful conclusion, perspective or insight.
Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables.
