North Shore Coaching College is a national provider of out-of-school hours academic tuition services for students in Pre-School to Year 12, with over 65 campuses across Australia and Hong Kong.
Founded in 1991, North Shore Coaching College has helped thousands of students to improve and reach their potential by delivering quality educational services.
We are looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing & Communications Manager who can work both autonomously and collaboratively to shape marketing strategies, drive campaigns, elevate brand visibility, establish differentiation, stakeholder engagement and market growth in a hands-on way to make a difference
You must be able to create impactful social media content to effectively grow reach in the digital space.
Job Responsibilities:
Work with the Senior Executive Team and other key stakeholders to develop and implement the marketing and communications strategy and annual marketing plan for the North Shore Coaching College brand in Australia and emerging markets; Create and execute effective brand and product campaigns from concept to execution which drive leads and optimise performance while maintaining profitability; Hands-on management of digital marketing and social media platforms and analytics to drive and shape marketing decisions; Remain abreast of key competitor activities, emerging marketing platforms, tools and opportunities; Create engaging print and digital content for social media posts; Graphic design; Promote the College brand through positive interactions with all stakeholders.
Your Skills:
5+ years' experience in Digital Marketing (paid search, paid social) Experience using data analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to drive effective campaigns Prior experience developing and managing print, digital, social media and event campaigns Prior experience with TikTok for Business Prior experience with Little Red Book and WeChat highly desired Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition Collaborative approach to teamwork and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and adjust strategies, as necessary Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to write and speak other languages highly desired Prior experience with website redevelopment projects highly desired Prior experience or interest in education highly desired Flexibility with working hours can be offered to the right candidate in alignment with the North Shore Coaching College calendar.
Weekend work may be required.
Depending on the candidate, this role can be a fixed term or full-time permanent role.
