As a key player in their operations, you'll drive success by accurately forecasting project costs, enabling the team to plan and execute efficiently.The OpportunityAs a Civil Estimator, you'll play a critical role in shaping successful project outcomes.
If you have a knack for analysing complex project requirements and developing precise cost estimates, this position is tailor-made for youResponsibilities Include:Preparing comprehensive cost estimates for civil engineering and construction projectsAnalysing project specifications, blueprints, and documentation to identify project needsBuilding strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure competitive pricingIdentifying potential risks and recommending cost-effective solutionsManaging and updating detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipmentNegotiating terms with subcontractors and suppliersAbout YouBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experienceProven experience as a Civil Estimator or in a related role within construction or civil engineeringProficiency in estimation softwareStrong analytical, math, and technical skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsDetail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlinesYour RewardPermanent, full-time role with a competitive salaryOpportunities for professional growth and career advancementJoin a supportive team that values diversity, collaboration, and open communicationNext StepsReady to advance your career with a leading industry team?
