Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will:

Lead: drive a service culture that brings the Nike brand to life. Coach: provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team. You will be involved in hiring top talent, training, performance management, as well as succession and career planning. Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential. Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun. WHAT YOU BRING:

A passion for the Nike brand. Area Management or Multi-Site experience from a large retail or hospitality environment, or experience leading large teams (40+ employees). The ability to build, lead and manage large, high-performing teams. Strong strategic, problem solving, and influencing skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Sound computer proficiency. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
