Key Responsibilities: The position is reporting to Parts & Accessories Director and part of Aftermarket & Services team.
Main responsibilities are to operationally support the technical, service, spare parts, consumables and accessories business including managing daily request and questions both from internal and external customers and other functions, as well as support spare parts pricing and business development.
The position requires strong people manager skills to be successful.
Coordination & ManagementManage and hold ownership of Spare Parts & Accessories (Accessories & Consumables) product portfolio for the entire product lifecycle.Lead and coordinate brand licensing activities to drive new businesses and adjacent opportunities.Coordinate P&A data management in key ERP's and Support Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) data or any other portfolio management system.Spare parts processes owner including but not limited to phase-in and phase-out and other part lists.Spare parts process owner for Team Centre/Smarteam/TeamCenter and PLM related systems.Owner of data quality for spare parts and accessories in all related systems.Manage Technical Documentation activities and roles.Support pricing processes.Support business development and go to market initiatives.Responsible for the technical maintenance of all products within the Product group within the AM Category.Responsible for all aspects related to the product warranty.
Reports and analyses product quality.
Provides structured reports and statistics on product quality based on analysed data from WebWarranty and UpTool, as well as direct feedback from the field.Has a role, with the team, in initiating, developing and updating technical documentation (Including but not limited to IPLs, Workshop Manuals, Service Bulletins and reports, etc.
).Define, set and follow department's and/or group's KPIs.Planning & StrategyDevelop product plans and ambition for the spare parts and accessories business.Development, optimization and determination of the Product Technical Department's working methods and processes.Continuous development and improvement in all directions, including the identification of opportunities to reduce production and operating costs.Strategic planning of Spare Parts assortment including but not limited to: development of spare parts offerings in maintenance kits, wear parts & self-repair either as lead or in cooperation.Establish partnerships to drive new businesses including strategic adjacent product areas.Daily OperationsSupport Product Technical Services and Parts & Accessories Team with deliveries to PI, NPD & Operations.Secure the teams are receiving/providing necessary information from cross functionally.Secure initial volume and forecasting of new spare parts.Drive improvement activities including processes updates, tools implementation, reports, etc.Works closely with the Production factories and monitors technical and product quality issues.
Reports during technical meetings.Supports and collaborates with other departments within the organization such as AM category as a whole, R&D, PMO, Operations, and others.
If necessary, cooperate with Husqvarna service partners.Actively participate in Product Improvement and new development forums.People ManagementCoach and lead the local team.
Cross functionally and/or cross border when needed.Support technical services and parts specialists team in daily guidance and training.Support and guide Technical Documentation Coordinator role and functions.Hiring/recruiting, performance, and people development responsibilities.
Including but not limited to goal setting, performance discussions, change management, projects, coaching and mentorship for within the team and cross functional roles.Qualifications & SkillsStrong analytical and strategic mind-set as well as capability to follow up and drive progress.Project management skills.Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally.Leadership skills (Including people and projects).Demonstrating high level of Integrity and trust.Comfortable working with multi-cultural environment.Structured way of working and strong with coordinating multiple tasks at time.Customer service minded.Spare Parts business acumen preferable.Technical experience.Expert with application knowledge desired.English mandatory both written and spoken.
Any other language considered a plus.Specific/Critical Education, Experiences & Knowledge5+ years of experience in business and/or product management.
(Aftermarket considered a plus).Bachelor's degree in business administration, technical/engineering or related field.
Advanced degree preferred.Proven working experience on a matrix organization with global/multi-site environment.Proven people manager experience of minimum 3+ years.Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to hire, motivate, develop, and retain talents for a high performing team.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers.Experience from and a skilled change management agent.Able to adapt, work under pressure and apply change on priorities to meet tight deadlines.Last date to apply: We are continuously accepting applications.
