We are actively seeking a Senior Audit Manager to bolster our clients audit team.
This pivotal role involves managing high-impact audit projects, aligning closely with our strategic audit objectives, and providing vital support across regions and business lines.
Role Benefits: Stable, Full-Time Role Attractive salary ranging from $150,000 to $190,000 TEC Access to robust opportunities for upward career mobility Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage comprehensive audit projects, ensuring alignment with the annual audit plan.
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls in mitigating risks, working closely with management to implement lasting improvements that support strategic objectives while protecting the interests of customers and stakeholders.
Provide leadership on significant group-wide reviews, and support audits across regions and product lines.
Collaborate with a wide array of stakeholders, often handling complex and ambiguous challenges with finesse.
What We're Looking For: Proven expertise in auditing within the financial services sector, particularly in large or complex organisations.
Strong knowledge in analysing both structured and unstructured data to enhance audit efficiency.
CA, CPA, CIA, or equivalent postgraduate qualifications are preferred.
Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate, influence, and resolve conflicts effectively.
Demonstrated success in building and nurturing productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
A positive mindset and a strong sense of accountability, ensuring projects are driven to completion with excellence.
