A great opportunity currently exists for a Lawyer or Associate with at least three years of post admission experience to join our Melbourne Insurance and Corporate Risk team.
The team is led by Patrick Considine and Kristy Brockwell who are nationally recognised for pre-eminence in insurance law.
We advise and represent our clients in sensitive and complex litigation including coronial inquests, a wide range of tort based claims including in negligence, battery, assault, false imprisonment and defamation claims and advising in regulatory investigations and prosecutions.
