Description Mission Statement: Individual contributor to support the management of the Australia and New Zealand Organization's Real Estate Portfolio.
RE activities including site location and acquisition, building and land acquisition and disposition, space leasing, facility management.
Your responsibilities: You will arrange or assists with arranging the purchase or construction of facilities and/or negotiating the leases & services of facilities.
And with the support of the indirect purchase department to manage the utilities, facility and maintenance contracts.You must ensures proper documentation of lease or purchase transactions.You will monitor the key KPIs (occupancy costs, budget, project etc ) for the Real Estate function.You will frequently visit the different locations and support the facility management for the Business Units on a daily basis.You will be responsible for planning in regard to site locations and availability.
Makes recommendations as appropriate for the disposal of properties.You will prepare reports and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.You will lead, drive and practice highest standards of health, safety and environment to ensure a safe working environment led by Real Estate are undertaken with all necessary safety control measures to mitigate and eliminate hazards/risks.Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your background: Bachelor's degree in real estate, facility, business administration, or related field and minimum 10 plus years in real estate management or similar roleExperience managing industrial property is an advantage.Strong background in project management, lease negotiation and facility, maintenance management.Strong interpersonal skills are required to achieve cooperation, negotiate, and reach agreement with stakeholders, sub-contractors and suppliers.Ability to lead and manage concurrent priorities.Positive attitude results oriented and has influencing capabilities.Collaborative, dynamic and can adapt to change.Computer skills across MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint.
